Epoxy Floor Coating in Bellingham
Bare concrete stains, dusts, and soaks up every oil drip. We grind the slab open, fill the cracks, and roll down a coating that bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it, so you get a floor that sweeps clean and shrugs off road salt.

What's included
- ✓ Diamond grinding to open the concrete, not an acid wash
- ✓ Moisture test on the slab before anything goes down
- ✓ Cracks, pits, and spalled edges patched and leveled
- ✓ Solid color or a flake broadcast, your pick
- ✓ A clear topcoat for abrasion, hot tires, and chemicals
- ✓ Cure times in writing so you know when to move back in

Questions we get
Why does epoxy peel off some garage floors?
Almost always bad prep. A coating rolled onto slick or acid-etched concrete has nothing to grip. We grind the surface mechanically so the coating keys into the slab, which is the part that makes it last.
My slab feels damp. Is that a problem?
It can be. Moisture pushing up through concrete will lift a coating from underneath, so we test the slab first. If the reading is high we will tell you before you spend anything, rather than coat it and hope.
Can you cover up cracks and oil stains?
Cracks and pits get filled and leveled during prep. Old oil has to be degreased and ground out first, and if a spot is soaked through we will show you before we coat it.
Solid color or flakes?
Flakes hide dust, tire marks, and small imperfections better, and they add some grip underfoot. Solid colors look cleaner and more modern. We will show you samples of both in your own light.
