Bare deck boards drink water and grey out fast. We clean, brighten, and sand the wood, then put down a stain built for the Pacific Northwest so the grain shows and the boards stop soaking up rain.

Epoxy Floor Coating
Bare concrete stains, dusts, and soaks up every oil drip. We grind the slab open, fill the cracks, and roll down a coating that bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it, so you get a floor that sweeps clean and shrugs off road salt.
