These are the ranges we actually quote around Whatcom County. Your estimate should land somewhere in here, and if your house is the exception, we'll tell you why.

Product cost included
Where a room lands in the range comes down to size, ceiling height, and how much patching the walls need. Ceilings, trim, doors, and closets are quoted on top.
Included in every room
Patching and sanding, floors and furniture covered, two finish coats, and daily cleanup.
Whole house
Booking several rooms at once brings the per room price down, because we only stage and mask once.
What moves the price
How much prep it needs
A house that scrapes clean in a day costs less than one with failing paint on every south wall.
Height and access
Second and third stories, steep lots, and tight side yards take staging time.
Color change
Going dark to light, or bare wood to a finish color, can mean a third coat.
Repairs
Soft trim, rotten sill boards, and popped siding get fixed before paint. We price it separately so you see it.
Product line
We'll quote a good paint and a better one. The better line usually buys you a few more years.

- 1 We walk the house with you, measure, and look at the prep honestly.
- 2 You get a written estimate that itemizes the prep, the paint, and the price. No pressure once it's in your hands.
- 3 The price is the price. If we find rot or old lead paint, we show you before anything gets added to the bill.
Cabinets, decks, and commercial work are quoted per project. The ranges above cover paint and prep, not major repairs.
